COUNSELLING + ART THERAPY (ADULTS)
Come into the studio for self-exploration through creativity and compassion. Join a session online for when you need a little extra support in-between studio sessions.
COUNSELLING + ART THERAPY (YOUTH 12+)
Holistic and expressive therapy for youth and teens. Offering positive coping strategies in a fun and engaging environment free of judgment.
SUPPORT MEETINGS (FOR PARENTS/CAREGIVERS)
Online meetings to discuss your child's needs and offer support.

Counselling + art therapy sessions are often covered by extended health benefits plans.
Payment is collected on the session date, and then clients can send in receipts for reimbursement. You would need to check your benefits plan and make sure they cover registered clinical counselling (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
