VISION BOARDING
set your intentions
visualize your goals and bring them to life.
In a hands-on session, you'll harness your intuition and the transformative power of images to create a vision board. A vision board is more than just a collage - it is a visual map of the future and reminders of the kind of energy + experiences we are seeking. With the combination of positive psychology and therapeutic art-making, this workshop offer a holistic approach to intention-setting that you'll carry with you long after the session ends.
"A key thing to remember about intentions is that they exist, regardless of whether we think about them or not... it is essential to unearth what already exists and to consciously hone them."
